
Sometimes what I really want for dinner is breakfast! I am trying a low carbohydrate diet right now, and so I have to pass on the waffles and biscuits. Tonight we had bacon, eggs, oranges, and smoothies. YUMMY!
My favorite way to cook bacon:
- Line a half sheet with heavy duty aluminum foil
- Place thick sliced, smoked bacon on the lined sheet
- Place in a cool oven; heat to 400 degrees
- Cook for 20 minutes
- Remove from oven; drain bacon on paper towels
- Roll up the aluminum foil and throw away the mess!
- Enjoy!
