Sometimes what I really want for dinner is breakfast! I am trying a low carbohydrate diet right now, and so I have to pass on the waffles and biscuits. Tonight we had bacon, eggs, oranges, and smoothies. YUMMY!

My favorite way to cook bacon:

  1. Line a half sheet with heavy duty aluminum foil
  2. Place thick sliced, smoked bacon on the lined sheet
  3. Place in a cool oven; heat to 400 degrees
  4. Cook for 20 minutes
  5. Remove from oven; drain bacon on paper towels
  6. Roll up the aluminum foil and throw away the mess!
  7. Enjoy!
